Jordan de Lima named vice president and general manager, McWane Canada
February 24, 2026
McWane today announced the appointment of Jordan de Lima as vice president and general manager, McWane Canada, effective March 1. In this role, de Lima will oversee McWane’s Canadian-based plumbing and waterworks operations – Bibby-Ste-Croix, Clow Canada and Canada Pipe – and will succeed Rick Benoit who announced his retirement earlier this year.
This newest appointment is in addition to de Lima’s responsibilities as president of Manchester Tank and Equipment Co., a role he has held since 2023.
According to Kevin Bense, president of McWane Waterworks and executive vice president of Manchester Tank & Equipment Co., “Jordan has proven himself a dynamic leader who has navigated our pressure vessels business through some pivotal moments over the last several years. His ability to make sound, strategic decisions that time and time again have benefited the business has demonstrated he is the right leader to take on this additional responsibility.”
“As a native of Toronto, I am excited to lead these well-established divisions, which collectively represent an integral part of McWane’s business portfolio,” stated de Lima. “My predecessor has left an indelible mark, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help continue to shape the future of our Canadian plumbing and waterworks business.”
Prior to joining McWane, de Lima spent more than a decade working with global consulting firms supporting many notable clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, energy and infrastructure. He amassed a portfolio for delivering sustainable improvements in key performance areas, creating synergies and efficiencies in operations, modifying management behavior and advancing productivity. de Lima earned his bachelor’s degree from Concordia University, Montreal.
