McWane holds 2021 Pollution Prevention Challenge

It’s the McWane Way. The annual Pollution Prevention Challenge (P2C) spotlights the ingenuity and innovation of our talented team and the impact their ideas have on the environment.

This year’s judges were Dan Oman (retired industry professional), Sarah Burton (Kestrel Management) and Mack Overton (Keramida).

This year's winners are:

1st Place: McWane Ductile New Jersey - Beneficial reuse of sand and cement waste
2nd Place: McWane Ductile Ohio - Reusable steel dunnage
3rd Place Tie: Bibby Ste-Croix - Remanufacturered residual paint and McWane Ductile New Jersey - Reducing compliancer risks at the cupola baghouse
Why Didn't I Think of That Award - Amerex - Reduction in aerosol usage
