McWane presents scholarship at Foundry Educational Foundation luncheon

Vice President and General Manager McWane Anniston Operations Jon Pollard recently represented the McWane groups Tyler Union, M&H Valve and Clow Valve at the Foundry Educational Foundation (FEF) luncheon awards program. Jon presented an award to the 2023 McWane Scholarship Recipient Brent Hughes at the luncheon. Brent is a senior at UAB, majoring in Materials Engineering, and anticipates graduating in April 2024.
The FEF has been investing in the metal casting industry for over 75 years, and with the support of organizations like McWane, it brings in new talent each year at the College of Industry Conference.
